Returns
We accept return within 10 days of delivery, or as specified in the product description.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” in the product description.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
How to Return
- Contact us at care@stylezindagi.in with your order details.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a pickup will be scheduled.
- Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after the product passes the quality check.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your bank account via NEFT within 3–5 working days (you’ll need to provide your bank details).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether you choose to cancel the order or return the product.
- In case of a return:
- If a product is returned, the refund will be processed for the product price excluding the shipping fee incurred during the delivery of the product.
- Return shipping costs, if applicable, will also be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise in the product details.
- In case of cancellation:
- If the order is canceled after it has been shipped, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
